Bio 

  I was born in Grand Ledge, Michigan, just outside of Lansing.  Moved to Ishpeming in the UP SNOW.  SNOW, lovely snow- I still miss it.  I moved to Tucson Arizona for college where I learned to be an art teacher.  I continued my career here at George Reed in Delaware.

My Art 

   My son once came into my apartment glanced around and said everything looks the same.  Not sure if this was meant as a compliment, but I was pleased.  I like to feel energy and movement: sometimes frantic, sometimes quiet.

   There is no real plan or starting point instead it evolves one line or shape touching another and moves off toward an edge and springs back. Shape usually defines space, but I like to have a question of what is negative and positive ambivalent.  I want the image to constantly surprise.
